Leading Illuzzi is Francis I. Garcia-Pages, whose extensive 20-plus years of experience in development, construction, and brokerage provides a comprehensive perspective to every project.
Francis is inspired by his maternal and paternal great-grandfathers, Italian immigrants who were true craftsmen and who sculptured and installed many of the stone figures on the façades of Philadelphia City Hall and the New York Stock Exchange building in New York City - hence the company name Illuzzi in their honor.
A Miami native, Francis earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (Cum Laude) with minors in Business and Statistics from the University of Florida. His real estate career began with a Miami developer, with whom he gained experience on a diverse range of projects across Florida: flex warehouses, professional office parks, mid-rise mixed-use apartments, the assemblage of various high-rise mixed-use condominiums totaling over 2,400 condominium units along the Miami River, and a Development of Regional Impact comprising over 4,500 homes in Northern Florida.
An encounter with a high school friend who experienced poor quality work, missed deadlines, and double-billing from a contractor inspired him to establish Illuzzi Construction, LLC. Francis is endowed with a profound commitment to delivering honest, personalized, high-quality service at a fair cost.
